The mood board behind our Seaside French Traditional kitchen
It perfectly captures the calm, classic essence of seaside living: layered neutrals, weathered woods, soft textiles, and subtle nods to coastal living.
Relaxed but elevated, traditional but not expected. It really is the kind of home that feels effortlessly collected and will be just as beautiful years down the road.

The living room of our Seaside French Transitional is where the home’s European influence and coastal ease really come together.
Soaring vaulted ceilings create a sense of volume, while the dramatic arched window wall draws your eye straight to the natural light beyond. We kept the furnishings soft and relaxed with linen upholstery, organic textures, and a sculptural travertine coffee table, allowing the architecture to remain the star.
Refined, but not overly formal. Layered, but never overdone. Exactly how we want a coastal home to feel.

One of the most valuable things a designer brings to a project is the ability to see problems before they become problems.
Before a cabinet gets built that doesn’t function the way you need it to. Before a lighting plan leaves a room feeling flat. Before a material transition looks awkward. Before a decision becomes expensive or impossible to change.
We’re constantly thinking several steps ahead, looking at how each decision will affect the next one and how the finished home will actually function.
Because you’re not just paying us to make things beautiful. You’re paying for the experience to know what to look for, what to question, and what to solve before you ever have to think about it.
That’s just one of the many values of thoughtful design.

Behind every design is a designer, a vision, a process, renderings, and eventually, a final result.

We’re so excited to finally share our Seaside French Transitional—and this kitchen might just be one of our favorite spaces in the home. She is dreamy.
Designed with the ease of coastal living in mind and layered with European influence, the kitchen brings together warm caramel-toned custom cabinetry, Calacatta marble, a sculptural plaster range hood, hand-finished zellige tile, woven rattan, and aged brass. Every detail was chosen to feel collected, considered, and anything but expected.
And perhaps our favorite part? This may be a spec home, but it was designed to feel anything but. From the bespoke appliance garage to the intimate banquette tucked alongside the kitchen, every element was given the attention you’d expect from a completely custom home.
A very special project, and one we’re so happy to finally share with you.

Let’s be honest, not every project budget can accommodate every dream piece and that’s okay. Good design is about knowing where the investment will have the greatest impact.
When we need to make room in the budget, there are certain areas we’re much more comfortable pulling back on without compromising the overall feeling of the home.

Timeless design isn’t about creating a home that looks untouched by time. It’s about creating one that grows more beautiful with it.
We start with strong architecture, thoughtful proportions, and natural materials. From there, we layer in craftsmanship, texture, and pieces that feel collected rather than prescribed.
Trends have a place, but they shouldn’t dictate the foundation. The most enduring interiors feel considered without feeling overly designed and, best of all, still feel like you years from now.

We know it can be hard to see the vision when you’re staring at hundreds of samples, finish options, drawings, and inspiration images. A marble sample is just a marble sample. A cabinet door is just a cabinet door. On their own, it’s almost impossible to picture how everything will eventually come together.
But that’s where our expertise comes in.
We’re not looking at each decision individually. We’re looking at how every material, finish, proportion, color, and architectural detail will interact with everything around it and how it will ultimately feel as a complete home.
So if you’re looking at a table covered in samples thinking, “I have no idea how this is going to look,” trust us. We see it. We have the vision. And bringing that vision to life is exactly what we’re here to do.

Three places.
One common thread.
Beautiful architecture has a way of slowing you down.

If you’ve been debating custom cabinetry, consider this your sign.
More than beautiful storage, custom millwork becomes part of the architecture itself. It shapes the way a room feels, adds character, and offers unmatched function.
It’s one of those investments that doesn’t just improve a home; it becomes part of it. #CasaCaldiaProject
