The rich textures of a coastalt meet the rustic finishes of Napa Valley in this three bed, 3.5 bath cabin. Organic and whimsical shapes warm up the minimalist architecture, while reclaimed wood flooring heightens Old World vibes.
In the kitchen, top-of-the-line appliances nestle against stone backsplashes, while a cascading marble island offers prep space and seating. The kitchen opens into living and dining areas that pair bold colors with unexpected discoveries —teardrop pendant lamps, a green velvet sofa, a paper poppy-s chandelier. Custom rugs and drapes, oak night tables with Danish hand-woven cord shelves, and well-studied details like built-ins make the home intimate and sophisticated.
The cabin is on a small lot, so we needed to use space efficiently, while not skimping on luxury. To this end, we went with a custom modular sofa in the living room and an integrated bed/nightstand combo. In nearly every room, there are contemporary flourishes, as well as stylistics nod to the California wine country that means so much to these clients.
