“I’ve been working in collaboration with the team at White Sands Design Build for the past 2 years, and I have nothing but good news to report. Experienced and organized Project Managers, structured and realistic timelines / budgets, and outstanding inner office support staff.
White Sands is a General Contractor that other Contractors (such as myself) prefer to work with. I’ve referred them plenty of business & plan on continuing to do so moving forward.”
“The entire company is a pleasure to work with, extremely professional, follow through is A1. Their design team is approachable and listens to the needs of their clients. Great company to work with.”
“We moved into a house built by White Sands and love the choices that were made and quality of construction. Brett and his crew have been great in continuing our journey to understand, as well as amend, interior elements. Hawlie designed the interior, revamping from a Hollywood vibe to a contemporary coastal style.
We are really pleased with them on every front. Brett is wonderful at responding in a timely manner with quality solutions. He is straightforward in setting expectations and doesn’t finish any project until you, his client, are happy and satisfied.”
“Casa Blanc is proud to partner with such a great group of people who are always thinking of their clients. It makes my job easier to help them when they are always one step ahead and on top of it!
Thank you for all you do in making all of our lives easier!”
“The folks at White Sands did a great job for us. We’ve built three homes and this was by far our best experience. We were relaxed during construction because we believed they were looking out for us, and they did. The outcome was terrific. Just what we hoped for. These are a talented group of professionals.”
“White Sands Design/Build always performs professionally with great communication and excellent onsite project management. I’ve worked with many Builders and White Sands is the best. I highly recommend this company for any Construction needs.”
“Great people to work with, all promises kept and delivered on time.”
“We work with dozens of builders all over the South Bay and LA. White Sands is one of the best. They have an excellent project management team and we are able to work together seamlessly. Highly recommended!”
